Goals of Parents for Kids

To teach someone that they can grow up to be whatever they want is a lie. To teach someone that God is good and he is savior is truth. Two different focuses and life goals are laid out. The mental health issues, the rebellious issues, the drug issues all can be managed better under a Godly discretionary worldview.
