Obama can't give 95% of people tax cuts because only 60 pays taxes. Basically Obama is trying to buy the election by promising money for votes. Now do you think he will really come through with this? Duval Patrick a like minded friend and governor of Massachusetts found out what people wanted and then promised same - but there will be no property tax cut in Massachusetts. So i call Obama a liar at worst and totally delusional at best. Maybe he has reached the congenital lying stage of Clinton.
