Arabs Got Billions to Develop West Bank, Gaza yet PLO intervened.

When the Arabs got control of West Bank and Gaza in 1948, they were given billions by USA and Europe and others yet most of that money was taken by PLO to fund terrorism. The money was supposed to help them economically develop and was in response to their terrorists threats in first place. Today I dont think there is much we can do to appease the Arabs. Its amazing to me the whole thing lingers on. USA obviously is worried about oil relationship with Arabs so they are at least pretending to go along to get along with Arabs and Palestinian State possibility.
