Muslims Attack citizens but if Jews do it?

How many times do you hear attacks on innocent citizens are evil yet that is exactly the strategy of the enemy of the west Muslim and islam. Historically it is how islam has grown as a religion for 2000 years Will someone please condemn the islamic religion once and for all?
